Scott doctor gave a very thorough and timely home inspection and spent time going over the inspection and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend him for any home inspection anyone needs
Scott did a fantastic job with the inspection of a home. He was professional, thorough, took time to explain items and talk through what he found, gave a complete report and responded to emails in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!
I’m extremely disappointed with this home inspection. And I am shocked at the amount of 5 star reviews. Our realtor scheduled the inspection, and while we didn’t personally choose this company, I did look into them beforehand. Given their strong reviews, I felt confident—but unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. The inspector, Scott, completely missed significant water damage in the finished basement bathroom.
