Sam was excellent to work with. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Due to his efforts our home purchase failed the inspection and as a result we negotiated a lower purchase price to address the deficiencies. I learned a lot from Sam and the home jnspection process. Sam's home inspection report (76 pp) was detailed and comprehensive, from which I extracted nearly two pages of follow=up "to dos". I highly recommend Sam and would not hesitate to work with him again.
I was unable to attend the inspection personally but my son did. He had used the same service before and was extremely happy with it. My son outlined how in-depth the inspection was and the explanations given were both complete and easy to understand. No area in the home was not examined!. The written report which I received later that day was excellent and exceeded both my past experiences with home buying and my expectations. No wonder Sam is highly recommended in Ottawa!
