Walt is very professional and knowledgeable. He is very meticulous and cares about the future homeowners he is helping to protect. He also took time to explain anything he saw to me in detail with suggestions on what could be done to fix any issues. I feel extremely comfortable buying this house after Walt has inspected it. 10/10 would recommend Walt and team for all home inspection needs.

This duo of inspectors at Pillar and Post were top notch and honestly went above and beyond throughout the process. I had tons of questions and they had solid answers and easy to follow solutions. When looking at a new construction home or a home over 50 years old it never hurts to have experienced eyes cover all angles of your investment. I highly recommend the guys at Pillar and Post. The Paulsons will be doing all of our inspections in the future.
The Paulsen team was extremely friendly and diligent in their work! From the first phone call to walking through the house with them, they were very kind and did a good job advocating for me as the buyer. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a home inspection!
