We have had other home inspections done with our first home we were questionable about the services rendered which only took about 30 minutes. When we met Paul he was punctual and thorough with his explanation of what we were to expect not to mention all the detailed time he took during the inspection as though he was purchasing the home for himself and we appreciated that. He inspected for mold, lead, and asbestos but none was present to sample. He inspected plumbing, electrical, and insulation. He checked the foundation, water sources, and structural soundness. Very thorough and pleasant to work with!
Purchasing a new build can be intimidating. I had no idea what I needed to look for other than seeing how close the builder was to completion.
