Mark was very professional and seemed to due a thorough inspection at first. However 7 days into the new house and I am paying the consequences with a shower drain leaking in my ceiling, a hole in my ceiling that was covered up by a vent which he did not inspect, and a few other small items that I wish I had known about prior to purchasing the house. In the future I will be using and recommending a different inspection company.
Our inspector was Gene. He was honestly the most amazing inspector we could have asked for and did such an amazing job. I would be requesting him in the future should this home purchase fall through. Not only did he do his job as an inspector, but through the entire process he very patiently explained every single step with us where every single defect in the property so we knew exactly what we were getting into.
