don't use them if you don't want headache and you are involve with property you found don't use them. their inspectors cause on 3 of my houses and each times they caused real state transaction to fall apart, this company inspectors think they know better then anyone out there and most comments they are making is what they think it may possible happen to house in next 5/7 years, you are not looking crustal bowl, do inspection based on what's going on today and what needs to be fixed, one thing I know if house sells for second... read more

The home inspection they performed for me was good, except for one thing. I shopped around for a home inspector that would provide me with estimates for the cost of repair work. Pillar to Post was the first company to express that they were able to provide that for me, so I went with them. The inspection was great, but the gentleman did not provide me with estimates on the cost of repairs. If the lady I spoke with over the phone had been honest with me, I wouldn't be leaving this poor review.
