I met Jaime and he was very respectful. This was my first time to get a thorough inspection on a home. Jaime explained to me on everything that he was going to do throughout the inspection. Thank you very much.
The Inspection resulted in exercising our due diligence option and cancelling our purchase offer. One of our additional services we initiated was a Pool survey. The survey could be improved with Pool equipment photos. Overall we are very pleased with the services performed which potentially prevented us some major expenses if we continued with the purchase.
