Pillar to Post: Ken Gross does a great job with home inspections! Very knowledgeable & doesn't rush the job. Is happy to explain things he sees during inspection to the client or clients!
Missed 2 critical plumbing problems which lead to us spending quite a bit of money 3 days after making settlement. Emailed to reconcile this problem and haven’t heard back. Pics show one of the critical issues that was missed and not mentioned in the inspection report. They are the main water valves that were in plain view and not hidden behind anything. The corrosion is very noticeable.
