Very helpful inspector, very thorough in explaining the issues, what may have caused them, and what could be done to remedy them. Edit: ended up buying the house. Very obvious issues the inspector missed: furnace exhaust detached and venting into attic. Power conduit pulling out of bottom of meterbase. Severe wood rot on siding under deck. Insulation fallen down and sitting on ground in crawlspace. Bad GFCI in garage. Multiple broken window balances. Will update as I find more.
Justin is very responsive and does great work in a timely manner. Highly recommend to anyone in need of these services!
