I hired Andrew Matson for my new townhouse inspection, and he missed some fundamental checks for my townhouse driveway. The inspection reports look fine so I closed on the house and moved in. After I moved in, I realized my driveway to the garage is too steep and scratched the bottom of my cars (one SUV and one sedan). Now I need to deal with the warranty to fix the problem. John did an inspection for a client of mine. It was the WORSE inspection I have ever had !!! He missed obvious items, either I are my client had to point them out to him. I also had to correct him on an item he mis identified. His unprofessional opinions and lack of efficiency ended up costing my Buyer thousands of dollars !!! His company did nothing to compensate my buyer !!! They did not even return the cost of the inspection which was $1,000 +/- The company's E & O insurance was worthless as well !
