We hired Jeff twice to inspect the houses we were trying to buy and we absolutely loved it. He was taking time explaining things to us and did a throughout check on everything. When we knew we don’t want first house he advised us that there’s no need to perform additional services then so we didn’t have to pay more than needed. This guy is not after your money which is rare nowadays. He’s very knowledgeable and we definitely would use him again and recommend him to everyone we know. Thank you
