Jeff is outstanding. No b.s., get to the point inspections. Not only does he inform the clients of his findings, but explains it in clear, concise way that any buyer no matter if they are a first time home buyer, or seasoned investor will understand and appreciate. As if doing a great inspection isn't enough, Jeff provides a digital 3d walkthru for the client allowing them to easily find the "issues of concern" in the inspection.
