This is the second time I have used Jeff for an inspection. He is excellent at communicating and is always punctual. Jeff takes the time to explain the inspection. I would highly recommend him!
Jeff is completely unprofessional and actually talked to my renters when I was selling a home and put it in his report to my buyers. My renters being kids lol Also went out of his way to message realtors not to sell my house. Many many more unprofessional acts. I would NEVER hire him! Also his house is right besides mine and is listed for sale. Seems very convenient to detour buyers from my house doesn’t it.
