Ian always does a great job for our clients that is why we continue to use his services over the past couple of decades. He is knowledgeable and thorough with the inspections. He's very tactful and takes time to carefully explain things to the client and answers their questions patiently in easy to understand terms. Purchasing a home or selling a home can be quite stressful and Ian has a calming presence which is always appreciated.
