They are so great! By far the most thorough, professional home inspection I've ever seen. The level of detail in the report means you won't have to keep anything in mind either...you can just pull it up if you forget. Love these guys and will be recommending them to anyone needing a home inspection in the future!
Great experience. Made it easy
This company was the third and most recient experience with these 'catch all' inspection places when you buy a new home. Save your money and have the actual plumbers, hvac, electrician, roofer, carpenter, pest, ect... people to do the inspections on your potential homes. This company did not catch a total roof replace, total plumbing replace, drain pipes replace, electricial issues and more. The individual contractors did catch the issues but after the sale.
