We have had wonderful success with Robbie over the years. We love to recommend him because of his vast experience in structural, Plumbing, electrical, Heating inspections. The bonus is he does so much work up in Warren and Sussex County he knows his septics, wells, radon etc. He's one of the few inspectors I've seen get out of ladder and walk up on the roof for a more thorough inspection.
*update*....since original post, I have been dealing with basement flooding that he missed. Not sure how, as there was obvious work done to cover up the leak that should have been caught by any astute inspector (told this by a waterproofing co). Total cost of repair: $8000. Cost for a competent home inspector: priceless. Some advice...do not use the inspector recommended by your agent and do not let them BS through the entire inspection.
