Ed is always a professional. A great inspector who's able to communicate effectively with the buyer and buyer agent.
We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Ed! We are first-time home buyers, and Ed helped us feel comfortable by being thorough in his inspection of the home and in his explanations to us. Ed was knowledgable and candid throughout our entire 2 hours together. Ed also promptly provided us with the written Inspection Report. We would highly recommend Ed at Pillar to Post to all home buyers in the Charleston area!
We have mold, leaks, outlets and light fixtures that this inspector Ed said none were visible as we have contractor invoices on everything on top of that he couldn’t fit in the craw space and made his unlicensed 15 year kids do. We asked for inspection cost back and he told me to get a lawyer. This guys is a crook and obviously has no idea what he is looking for. Do your clients as a realtor better and don’t use this guy.
