I see Pillar to Post being a reputable company and Doug to be quite competent. After my inspection Doug and I sat down and went over the inspection in great detail, answering any questions I had. The binder that he provides has great information and easy record keeping to help you with keeping everything together and also with reselling by having a convenient place to organize your repair and payment records. The buyer of our home had Pillar to Post inspect our home. I understand now why they did not want us home. They had no respect for me or my belongings. I didn't want to even give them a one star but I couldn't post unless I did.
Doug Milbrett's inspection report indicated "no visible damage" to the underside of the house we purchased. Later we found clear and evident damage that caused us thousands. This man is a fool or dishonest.
