Kirk is great. I normally use a local inspector for my inspections. But I met Kirk when he was used by a buyers agent on my listing. He did such a professional job, I used him on my next buy side. He does a very thorough job with tools and devices that most other inspectors don’t use. After the inspection is done, he puts together a nice report in a binder for your clients to take home.
