I found that his inspection was not what I expected. I found errors in his comments, which were probably due to the fact that he did not ask the homeowner any questions. Claimed outlets didn't work when in fact, they ran off a timer along with other items. He then proceeded to want more money afterwards to update my report to show all the corrections that were made. I had to talk to the Franchise Director to see what could be done. They hide behind the fact that he is an Independent Contractor and basically calls the shots.... read more
