David does an excellent job inspecting homes and is very thorough and knowledgeable. He is patient with the buyer's that ask lots of questions and is not an alarmist, but rather points to those items that may need more attention by specific contractors.
Dave was great to work with. Very thorough, yet didn't find fault in everything (older home naturally has some). Report was better than expected. Highly recommend!
