As a Realtor, I have recommended Pillar to Post to my clients for their home inspections for quite some time. They always do a very thorough job and are available for any questions my clients might have concerning the inspection. Great service and quick turn aound!
Dan did an A+ inspection. I was unable to attend the inspection with him. But after, we spoke and his written report was easy to read and understand. Dan photographed and did a 360 view of rooms in the house and exterior. It’s a great visual tool since I wasn’t on site at the time of inspection. He answered all my questions and gave me some great advice on lawn care and which type of grasses grow better. This was a great experience.
I would give this business a negative score if I could but I can’t so one star it is. We purchased a home and the inspector was from Piller to post. His name is Bobby **** and he is blind or either doesn’t care. My husband and I are first time home buyers we never knew what to look for but with 31 years of experience you would think he would. The inspector was very informative and took the time to point any details that needed to be addressed. The inspector was very thorough and what I loved the most, so easy to relay the information to the buyers. Kept it casual yet informative. Great job!
