Matt was my Inspector, and he did a very thorough job! He also took the time to answer all of my questions and explained about some of the things that he had cited in his report. Matt also took the time to explain about a fortified roof as I had no previous knowledge about this—he explained how it worked and how to get recertification of the roof were I to purchase the home. Very professional and courteous! Also, very knowledgeable! I would absolutely use them again for future inspections!
