Did an exceptional and very detailed job on our home inspection. Would definitely recommend to future homebuyers.
Don’t waste your money. Get an honest report somewhere else. In my case, the report stated two things. 1. Crawlspace was inspected by entering. 2. Laundry equipment “dryer vent - to exterior” “no visible damage”. This leads me to believe the drier vented outside and no issues present with it. Upon doing my own inspection of the crawlspace after the purchase I found a large pile of dryer lent under the laundry room. This is where the dryer vent exited, strait down into the crawlspace.
