Though I was unable to personally attend the inspection as a buyer's agent with Chris, he was very helpful and responsive when I spoke with him. He coordinated the septic inspection, a big help, and all reports were received promptly as promised. I would absolutely recommend him to future clients.
Thorough and honest inspection. Report was very detailed. Inspector discussed with us major issues to dicuss with seller versus little things we could handle at a later point. Would high recommend.
