Did a very thorough job and explained everything!
I was not present for Bryan's visit so I was concerned about that. But I understood that he spent considerable time at the property and his report was very detailed. I especially appreciate the close up photos and video that detail areas he highlighted. The reports were delivered in a timely fashion as well.
Bryan did a terrific job. He was thorough, careful with the property and knowledgeable. His patience in explaining things I didn't understand was appreciated. The work was completed in a timely manner. The service was great.
