Bob was incredibly helpful and kind. He explained everything to me thoroughly but not in a way that was overwhelming for me as a first time home buyer. Bob was also very much a gentleman and helped me maneuver around on my crutches (injured my knee). He made the entire interaction feel as if I was talking with a friend as opposed to it being a business transaction. Definitely will be recommending him to people in the future!
I am very satisfied with the inspection done, it's actually my second inspection done with Bob within a month....
