We had a super short option period and these guys were able to get out there pretty much next day on short notice to get the inspection in and provided top notch service. Scott answered all of our (and our realtors’) questions and got us our report in time before our option period ended with plenty of time to discuss and review. They were driving like a complete jerk ( for my review to not be hidden, I would usually use a stronger word ) on the freeway today. Don’t drive like that in a company car if you don’t want someone to leave a review! Weaving through traffic unsafely, cutting people off, breaking way too close to cars. They went on the shoulder of the road to pass in bumper to bumper traffic. I would not trust them anywhere near my home.
Not please with this inspector I recently bought a home and he passed the roof while pieces were missing now the my insurance is high because he said it was good maybe he knew the seller and was helping him who know but now I'm stuck with a home with high insurance also paid extra for a sewer view and did not meet my expectations probably went in about 10 feet but claims went in 45 feet I don't recommend

I first noticed him because he was drifting in his lane while looking down. Another car had to merging his lane because their lane was going to end in 20 seconds. They had about three car lengths, so they safely changed lanes in front of him. Then he rapidly accelerated into the ending lane to get around the person, with 0 awareness his lane that he changed into was going to end. Then when the lane ended he didn’t even use his signal.
