Poor quality inspection that cut corners and led to unnecessary damages to the home. The inspector noted that drainages were inspected but failed to inspect the tub system properly which would have shown an overflow drain was never installed. After contacting the inspection team to notify them of their failures they redirected blame and claimed that is not in their scope of practice.
