Alan went above and beyond to inspect our new home and show me how best to maintain it.
Alan is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. He uses state of the art equipment, such as infrared meters and drone technology, to guide his analysis. At the end of the inspection I felt like I had a solid understanding of the house and systems. His report is very detailed and comes with photographs and a month by month checklist to help me keep up with home maintenance. A great experience!
The complete review I wrote for the website didn't seem to transfer over to here so let me summarize by saying that I'd recommend Alan without hesitation. He is very thorough and detailed. He went out of his way to show me things of importance. He quickly responded to any calls/emails/texts and the inspection report was completed in a timely manner.
