We were very unhappy with Mikes customers service. The only communication we received from him was a link to pay the bill. He never asked us our concerns with the house or spoke to us whatsoever! The day of the inspection he was ill which we understand happens, he pushed off the time and we decided not to go with because we didn’t want to get sick. Terrible company. There HVAC inspections were total fraud and they measured the delta T after just switching on the AC systems on for 5 min. They are deal killers. They said there was mold in the house for a small stain in the ceiling from a minor leak. They said there was a small pin hole in the garage that will allow exhaust smoke into the home and a major hazard. They were totally unqualified. Hired Michael and am now extremely disappointed. After telling him we have black snakes in the attic and crawlspace he got nervous about inspecting those areas telling me he's afraid of snakes. Said he did a "visual inspection from the opening". Now I find out I have a foundation problem which would have been caught had he actually inspected the area. Did a home inspection and said there was a structural problem when a structural engineer went out and said it had been correctly fixed. Its been a week and he has not provided any kind of written report that was paid for. Run and get someone qualified.
Called into complain about a driver who almost ran me off the road and wasn't using their blinkers. When the person who answered was the person driving the vehicle they told me to get over it. Could never support a business that doesn't believe in highway safety
