These guys were awesome, they came out on time, were professional and they were super informative. They had very clear and easy to understand notes in the inspection showing which areas of the house needed addressing. They used a drone to inspect the roof of the house and they had a thermal camera to find hot spots or potential cold spots for water intrusion. They also provided a binder with helpful notes and cost break downs for common renos. all in all a great company to deal with and very responsive.
Very good experience, would happily use them again! Inspector was clear, and extremely helpful in identifying the problems I needed to deal with.
Overall easy and straight forward home inspection process with excellent communication throughout. Would definitely use again.
The inspection went fairly quickly and efficiently. Chris explained everything throughly and answered our many questions very patiently.
