Very thorough inspection, walked through all the details, and the report they provide is great. There are also multiple options to choose from, giving you the chance to pick what you want. Also provided for our inspection was a binder with extra tips for the future and to keep checklists and your inspection report, while also getting an online version of everything including all yoir appliances recorded with pdf documents for manuals. Would recommend for sure!
