Our inspector, Chris, welcomed me to tag along and ask as many questions as I wish. He was very friendly and professional. The inspection process took approximately 2 hours and was very thorough. The home is 37 years old, but is in very good condition. The inspection revealed some minor areas that need repair. Thank you so much, Chris, for answering all my questions!
