Very knowledgable, feel very pleased and that a thorough inspection was done.
We hired this company for a pre-purchase home inspection and were told in the report that there were no significant issues. Shortly after moving in, we began experiencing ongoing water leaks. A later warranty inspection confirmed construction and code-related deficiencies that were not identified in the original inspection.
In September 2024 I had requested an inspection be done on the house we are renting. The situation was clearly and dully explained and accepted by Bryan B. Between Sept 13 and October 21, I emailed Bryan several times asking for the time and price. These were continually put off with the same "sure I can do it", "Sure I can get you a price". on October 21 Bryan emailed me saying he would get me a price after I had shared all revelant info with him and I haven't heard anything since.
