Kevin was awesome. He explained everything very clearly. Would definitely recommend the company and him.
I have bought 2 homes in the past three years and Kevin has inspected both of them for me. I will never buy a house without Kevin inspecting it first. He does a great job of not just inspecting the house, but is up front and honest with you about how serious/urgent an issue is. Furthermore he tells you why its a problem and how to prevent it in the future. As a first time how buyer who is a bit wet behind the ears. It was really nice to have someone as informative and honest about his inspection. Kevin is a real straight forward, stand up guy. I would defintely recommend him to anyone I know looking for a quality home inspector.
