We recently bought a home and Russ was recommend by our realtor. Everything seemed great just a few minor repairs on the home inspection. Once we moved in 6 weeks later we find that not only did he miss 2 attic accesses, which if he had looked would have found the attic was infested with vermin. All insulation had to be removed and replaced. I notified him of this, after a short argument about weather or not we had an attic, he did pay for half of that cost.
