This home inspector cost nearly 4500,after inspection of the home i now own,a lot of small things where over looked and main thing was the the family of raccoons that where ling in my attic, at the time of the home inspection the only looked inside the attic,and never really inspected thoroughly to notice that they where two different types of insulation, it was fiberglass insulation under the browned in insulation that was put in to less notice the smell of urine and raccoon dropping.
