The inspection process found out dated items and cracks in concrete and window issues. Numerous other issues on the list found. This is stuff Me the buyer doesn't see or test.This is all cost to me as the buyer. I Recommend Pillar Home Inspectors. Thanks Ron Well Done. I'd Use Them Again....
Ron was great! Was able to get an appointment quickly and he was thorough. He walked us through what he thought was important as he found things and we received our official inspection same night. The pictures were an added bonus so we could see exactly what he was talking about in the inspection report.
