First off speaking from what I know the owner of this particular franchise is Craig, not sure who the other negative review is referring to. In working with Craig he was very profession, showed up 15 minutes early. He documented things very very well photographically and verbally. I know my house was in good shape to start but he noted many little things that were not out of spec issues but recommendations of small maintenance items. Scott was very thorough and informative. He answered all of my silly questions having never done this before with great patience. He made sure to point out any areas of concern and explain further to me and let me know thinks I should work on sooner rather than later. I was really happy with the service and will definitely recommend you to anyone I know.
Worked with Craig - he was very professional and thorough. We feel as though we got our dollar's worth in this inspection. We have been in our home for almost two years now and have not had any issues with anything missed or overlooked. I would recommend.
Inspector missed tons of stuff. We purchased our home to find ten times the Issues that we anticipated. When calling the owner Randy he was extremely disrespectful, insulting, argumentative and unwilling to except the fact they messed up. They even missed tons of mouse droppings in the attic that was not even included in the report. This is costing us thousands of dollars now with all of the electrical fixtures and clean up because of their errors.
