Awesome job. Great detail with report that is usable and accessable right away.
Brandon was very good at what he did. He came in to a full inspection was very knowledgeable and everything pointed out a couple of things that need to be fixed and I was able to get money back from the seller to be able to fix those issues very informative very polite very professional.
When buying a house, you need someone on the outside with an unbiased opinion to look at the things that most people do not see. This helps a potential home buyer to know what they are faced with if they purchase this home. Pillar to Post provided the information I needed and comfort going forward to help me know what I will am facing if I do decide to go forward with this purchase.
