Very thorough inspection and was very happy with the report. He went through every photo and comment so I had a complete understanding of what he found. Would use him again.

Jim did a great job on my inspection, mentioning every minor detail in the report, all the way up to the most pressing issues. He even gave sound advice in regards to the other inspections that were separate from the general inspection he provided. I highly recommend Jim and hope to use him again myself.
Jim was both a professional and an educator. He explained many aspects of the home especially as it related to the mechanical systems. His report was completed on site and was thorough and complete.
