Josh is thorough and very knowledgable about houses old and new. I have been using him for all of my buyers' inspections for the last 18+months. He maintained very strict COVID protocols and is always very respectful, courteous, kind and patient. He is never too busy to answer clients' questions - before, during or after the inspection. He sends the full written report swiftly and is available at the drop of a hat. I really appreciate his quality inspections!
