He made it seem like there was minimal stuff wrong with the house. We went through with the purchase and are having to put in way more work than he accounted for. Was not looking out for our best interest.
Ron Irace completed an inspection for us on a condo we purchased. Though we paid him for his services, he was basically working for the realtor to ensure the deal went through. I never had the feeling he had our best interest in mind at all. I even brought up things I found during the inspection which he tried to minimalize. I would not recommend.
