Mike inspected my house in 2023. Our sump pump in the basement failed because it wasn’t on a dedicated breaker. Per Ohio code, sump pumps are required to have a dedicated breaker so that they do not trip in times of flooding. Anyway ours tripped and caused $30k worth of damages. A very simple oversight by Mike that flipped our family on its head. Consider someone else for your home inspection.
