Had the inspector there for pre-purchase inspections. These were general inspection, wood infestation inspection and radon inspection. Fred was very knowledgeable in the home's features and walked me through a few features I was unaware of during the inspection. I learned about some routine maintenance on a few items regarding the house as well. Overall, a great experience.
