I don't know about their services, but their employees (in a branded truck) in Mentor, ohio do 50 mph down our residential street that is 25 mph. We have asked them to slow down multiple times and they laugh at us. Guess my kids aren't important. Avoid this business.
We are first time home buyers. We recently had an inspection with Charlie Lanphier of Painesville Pillar to Post. Charlie was AWESOME, he took the time to explain everything to us, especially since we were first time buyers he took extra care to make sure we knew exactly what he was talking about every step of the way. He is incredibly knowledgeable and a very strong resource to have in your corner. We would definitely, definitely recommend Charlie for anyone looking for a home inspector!
