Your buffalo Creek property managers are absolutely horrible, they make up rules that are the exact opposite of the lease and don't care one bit about it. I was promised upon move in that nobody was going to be smoking on the porches or near the windows. They haven't up until this year all because of whoever these ladies think they are making their own rules that break the lease. Would give zero stars if I could. They have horrible property managers. The location I'm at there is soooooo many issues with a few neighbors and they don't do anything to help. They just care about the rent money and let you get hurt and sick and harassed. I don't recommend renting from here at all. And they force you into renewing the lease 3 months early and refuse to let you sign it later if you don't find a new place in that time.
