When Pillar was still in business I loved working here. The best team, best environment best supervisors who taught me so much and the Owner Paul was so involved with everything. then they got bought out by RMC and they later dropped the Del Norte portfolio. All properties and staff were absorbed by Silva Markham. Still love them.

Management knows of all the different infestation in their apartment complexes and ignore and evict you.
MY RATING ZERO STARS BUT 1 TO POSTthey rent to you fully aware of the bedbugs rats other pest ect. Over ran with heroin needles crack and meth dealers...Violence assults and battery can get you evictions when you the victim
