The receptionist is very rude and everyone is misinformed. I called at 4:30 to ask for a replacement on my apartment key. I was told by the receptionist that I need the IT man to be there in order to have the new key activated. I confirmed with her that he was there and she also informed me that the last person she speaks to is at 4:45 so if I come after that she’s not helping me. I told her I would be there in 10 minutes. The absolute worst property management, dirty hallways, poor communication skills, poor literature skills in communication through emails. Fake light companies. Poor quality of units maintenance. The list goes on. More residents need to speak up about this management company, absolute garbage.. Huge discrimination as well towards people with vouchers versus cash, paying tenants. if i can give it zero stars i would, by far the worst penny pitching management there is, been waiting for a paint job after living here 7 years, and 2 years later nothing. This company is full of scam artists that take your security deposit and charge you for damages that were already in the home. They asked me to move out early because the property was being sold and took my deposit.
