Worst for fixing anything. Heat hot water in bathroom. Rain coming thru walls mold etc. And complete ignore messages.
The worst property management company EVER!!! Never can get in touch with anyone. If anything ever needs to be fixed they will disregard any of your emails or calls. They also took my whole entire security deposit and requested for more without explaining why. When asking the reasoning behind it they stopped answering. I have called everyday to get answers and all they say is they will document it and have someone call me back. It has been over three months that someone is supposed to be contacting me. EDIT Pillar has still not fixed our heat and it's down to a low of 50 degrees this week. --- I’m a tenant at one of their managed properties. We have been trying to get in touch with them for months. Our heat has been broken since March and I’m worried that they will not fix it by October when it gets cold. Additionally, they sent us the wrong version of the lease to sign. The number on their website is a call service, the only thing they can do is take a message.
Used the company for over a year. Horrible response time (if they reply at all) to emails, texts etc. Not worth your money. Take your business elsewhere.
atrocious. completely non responsive. message after message not returned. minimal services not done. beware!
