Poor craftsmanship and deceitful closing. My advice is to get everything in writing . I had issues from day one and they said they would fix after the house stopped settling . Here we are with 100+ nails coming out of the drywall because stud were missed or bowed. Not to mention and uneven sub floor upstairs. They blame everything on age when it was like this from day one .

The company continued to delay the project by asking the same questions over and over. The issue was they could not retain the staff. After 6 months of no drawings we asked for our deposit back. They sent around $300 out of $3000 back and said they had spent it on engineering. When I asked for the drawings, they send back inaccurate and incomplete drawings. *Adding an update. Don’t be fooled by the reviews from Chris Griffith that said they built 3 houses for him. This is not a real customer but a family member of the “owner” Shawn Griffith, they really try to pull one over on customers and perspective customers at every turn. They shouldn't even call themselves a company. Two weeks of work took two months, days without communication from them while they had my house destroyed, stole stuff off my property, the tweakers-druggies showed up at night to work - wearing head lamps for light (?!), guy nearly hacked off 3 of his fingers on a table saw. They painted my kitchen twice and paint is still peeling off the wall because they were not intelligent enough to use Primer... spent $12K with them and feel totally ROBBED.
