Don’t bother calling unless you are building in Clermont, despite the website saying “build on your lot” “all across Central Florida.”
I called and provided my information several times and no one ever bothered to call me back. It's frustrating to waste so much time.
The Pillar family has been amazing to work with. They communicate and work hard. The build was done before we expected and they did a beautiful job.
