Our AC recently went out. Pillar Heating and Air was able fit us in with their tight schedule to repair before the holiday weekend. We have done business with them before. The company provides an excellent service. Most importantly their sense of care and integrity. 6/23/25 The AC breaker was recently replaced. Travis is our guy. Again, service exceptional, reliable and timely due to hot weather. This is a company you can trust. I highly recommend. Pillar Heating and Air is the go too for HVAC. Sincerely.
I couldn’t be more pleased with my new zoning system. I have a two story 4,000ft home that has been altered and added onto throughout the years. With all the reconfigurations and the addition I put on one thing that I never changed was the configuration of my HVAC system as I have just the single unit. In the summer I would need to drop the thermostat down to 66 in order to get the 2nd floor to cool to 72. In the winter the 2nd floor was an inferno in order to get the first floor to be comfortable. UPDATE: Just recently had Travis and Adam come out to replace our furnace. Nothing has changed...Travis still runs an honest business, no pressure, extremely competitive pricing, and is just an all in all pleasure to deal with. We also had Adam out separately for our normal maintenance and cleaning for our air conditioner. Adam is always thorough, and also pleasant to work with. I would recommend Pillar to anyone.
