I saw Lauren for an osteo appt. She was great! I felt she really listened to me and wanted to provide solutions that would work for me as an individual. After just one session my body felt noticeably looser and more mobile!

My daughter and I have seen Lauren (Osteo) and Step (Myo). Both have a welcoming manner and were knowledgeable about how to manage our pain symptoms. We were provided with advice on exercises to continue at home. Our appointment time was not rushed and I felt a real quality of care and respectfulness imparted by both practioners.
