I love Pillar Dental! I travel here from Brandon with my family because I love Dr. Pillar and my dental hygenist Becky sooo much. I have never had a bad experience and everyone here is so welcoming and kind even all of the receptionists. They are very knowledgeable and a great place to go!
Over the years I have actively avoided going to the dentist to the point I would have anxiety attacks sitting in a dental chair… until Pillar. The staff is caring, patient, and they make you feel understood. I have since moved my entire family here and we are all happier for it. I started, going to, Dr. Pillar’s, after my old, dentist, kept telling me, I needed yet, 2 more crowns, after, already getting quite a few. I switched, to Dr. Pillar, and nothing was said, about, needing, any crowns! My care there, is exceptional! Everyone is always smiling, and welcoming! Horrible! I had to have tooth redone and removed that they did, when I told them they denied it. They kept emailing me even after I told them to stop which is harrasssment. Then they waited over two years then tried to put it in my credit. I’m looking forward to small claims. This place caused me a lot of pain and trauma. If I can save a few people from it I will. Do not go!
