Rent at your own risk!!! – I live in Cantera Apartments, managed by Pillar Communities, and having lived in apartments since I was 14 years old, I have to say that after living in apartments in 6 different states, I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY IN MY LIFE!!! The management won't fix anything, but they'll look me in the eye and tell me I have "unrealistic expectations" of something as simple as a treadmill after I've told them that it doesn't run longer than 3:30 MINUTES!!!
